Results of Closing Event Scramble

Here are the results of the Closing Event Scramble:

1st:  Score, 31.  Stu Wilson, Lina Stokes, Kathy Pare, and Janet Kuhn.  From what I heard, Stu was hardly a factor but was happy to walk away with the $25 in pro shop credits.  Seems Lina Stokes was dropping putts from all over the place and Janet Kuhn was playing so well she didn't want to stop for dinner!

2nd:   Score, 32, Won a Scorecard Playoff.  Steve Bunn, Jim Downing, Billie Trame and Linda Schiesler.  Again, according to Steve Bunn, it was all the ladies, especially on the greens.  I saw Billie drop a long birdie putt on #1, and Linda had just dropped one on #9.  Each player won $20 in pro shop credit.

3rd:  Score, 32.  Ben Basone, Dan Gennaro, Doug Taylor, and Sarah Mueller.  Don't have any highlights other than that Sarah said she had a really good time with the three guys!  Each player won $15 in pro shop credit. 

4th:  Score, 34, Won a Scorecard Playoff.  Jerry Paul, Jay Kuhn, Nancy Downing, and Shirley Smith.  No highlights other than Jay is happy to not be playing any more scrambles for a while!  Each player won $10 in pro shop credit. 

5th:  Score, 34.  Sandy Garrison, Gary Trame, Mary Ann Wilson, and Kathy Shaut.  I heard the entire team played well and got along famously. Each player won $10 in pro shop credit.
